Field notes
Hyper uses a proprietary board form factor, so risers and cables are model-specific; buy the exact AOC and cable kits from the parts list. DDR5 population should follow the manual's one-DIMM-per-channel order or speed drops. Update BMC and BIOS through the BMC web UI (Maintenance, Firmware Update) or SUM; BIOS via BMC typically needs the OOB or DCMS license key. 5th Gen CPUs need BIOS 2.x or later.

Yes. Every server-class board has a BMC with IPMI, Redfish and a web console; X13/H13 use the ASPEED AST2600 with HTML5 KVM. A licence key may be needed for BIOS updates via the BMC on older boards.
Can the SuperServer SYS-121H-TNR run a current operating system?
Check the field notes above. As a rule, current models are certified for Windows Server 2022/2025, ESXi 8 and RHEL 9; legacy models usually stop at Windows Server 2019 or ESXi 7 and may need Proxmox or an older Linux to stay useful.
