How on-site and remote support works

Inside the Houston area, an engineer can be at your office the same day for critical issues and on a scheduled basis for projects. Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio are regular trips.

Everywhere else we run the environment remotely: monitoring, helpdesk, patching, cloud and network management all happen from our operations center. Hardware is staged and configured in Cypress, shipped to your site and installed by a vetted local technician following our runbook, with our engineer on a call the whole time.

The result is the same standard of work in Seattle or Miami as in Houston, with a single team accountable for the outcome.
