How the vendor relationship works for you
We are engineers first. Working with Arista Networks technology means we know the product well enough to design around its strengths, avoid its known problems and get a support case moving when something breaks. It does not mean we are paid to recommend it: when a competing product fits better, we say so.
Procurement runs through authorized distribution so warranties and support entitlements are real, or we work with Arista Networks hardware and licences you already own. Firmware, patches and lifecycle dates are tracked as part of managed service, so end-of-support surprises do not happen.
Every deployment is documented and handed over: configurations in Git or a password vault, serial numbers and support contracts in the asset inventory, and runbooks for the routine tasks.
